When will i get my order?

From the moment we receive your order, it takes 2-3 business days to craft your bracelet.

Upon readiness for shipment, you'll receive an email containing a track and trace code. If you haven't received this code, kindly check your spam folder. Should you still not find it, contact us at paratmarbella@gmail.com, and we'll assist you in tracking your order and updating you on its status.

Please ensure that we have the correct wrist size and delivery address to complete your order efficiently.

Do you have any physical stores?

Unfortunately, we do not have any physical stores, agents, or outlets. However, ordering our products online is very easy and safe! If you need any assistance, please contact us at paratmarbella@gmail.com

I would like a custome desigh, is that possible?

Sometimes yes, it depends on the bracelet and what you envision is possible with this particular bracelet. We can only customize what we currently have in stock. Keep in mind that for a custom design, the price of the bracelet may change. Please reach out to us at paratmarbella@gmail.com with your design ideas, and we will let you know what we can do! 

I dont know my wrist size. How to measure it?

I accidentally change my delivery adress, but it is already in its way. What can i do?

In most cases, you can change the delivery address yourself on the tracking confirmation page. If you're unable to do so, please contact both the courier service and us as soon as possible. Keep in mind that the longer you wait, the more difficult it becomes to amend the address.

Please note that changing the delivery address to a different address and/or country may not always be possible, and if it possible additional transport costs may be charged to you.

How long does shipping takes?

Creating your custom-made bracelet takes 2-3 business days, provided you have supplied a wrist size and a valid address. Once ready, it is prepared for priority shipping.

Shipping times vary by location:

  • For the USA, it takes minimum 5 business days.
  • For Europe, it takes 2-4 business days, depending on the country.
  • For Asia, it takes minimum 5 business days, depending on the country.
  • For the Middle East, it takes minimum 5 business days.

I would like an exchange

Exchanging bracelets is possible. You have 30 calendar days (starting from the day you receive the item) to return the bracelet(s) for an exchange. Also, the bracelet must not show any signs of usage, and the tag needs to be attached. As soon as your package has been delivered to our facility, we will inform you about its arrival and process the exchange by charging/refunding you the price difference (incl. a 15 EURO restocking fee). Please send an email to paratmarbella@gmail.com for proper assistance.  

I would like to return my order. Is that possible?

Yes, that is possible. Although this is a handmade item, and we are not obliged to refund it, we want to offer that option to our customers. For all the Aurum Brothers items, we offer a ‘30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee’ on all the bracelets purchased at paratmarbella@gmail.com. You have 30 calendar days (starting from the day you receive the item) to return the bracelet(s).After 30 calendar days, refunding is not possible. Please note that we have a restocking fee of 15 Euro per bracelet, which will be deducted from the refund. Here you can read more about it:
